Placing an order
- Send all references, colors, charms, and other details when purchasing.
- Please make sure you know what you want before buying.
- Orders are completed in the order they are received, unless you have fastpass.
- Estimated completion times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
Communication
- Please keep all order-related messages in your ticket.
- Don't repeatedly ping for updates. You'll be notified when there's progress.
- If you need to change something, mention it as early as possible.
Custom work
- Custom designs are made specifically for the person ordering them, unless said otherwise.
- Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or claim custom work as your own.
- References may be used for inspiration if the creator allows, but I won't copy another creator's work.
Delivery
- Check your item before closing your ticket.
- While I'm working on your order, you're limited to 2 minor changes and 1 major change.
- Once an order has been marked complete, no further changes can be made.
